Elizabeth and James

Story Time.
This dress was MEANT. TO. BE. Orginally, this beautiful Elizabeth and James piece was close to $300, so when I went to Nordstrom Rack in Boston (why wouldn't I stop at the Rack?), it was $80. I hesitated for a long moment and decided against it. I came back home and could not stop thinking about the dress; a terrible regret. I searched for the dress like it was nobody's business, but no luck. Three months later I was in the great city of New York and yes, I went to the Rack in Union Square, and THERE IT WAS!! What's even better was that it was ON SALE with an extra 25% off! Since I'm a proud Nordstrom employee I get my discount on top of that so I got the dress for $30. I almost cried. So that's how this dress found it's way back to me.
The End.

Nordstrom Makes Me Poor

If there's one piece of clothing that I love most; it would be any top with a V-Back, and if it had a V-Neck in front that would be even better. I think the V silhouette is so classic, sophisticated, sensual and is flattering on everyone because it elongates your body. While working (and taking shopping breaks) I stumbled upon both of these pieces and immediately had to get them. This suede peplum top is perfect for dressing up with a skirt or playing it down with your favorite pair of denim. I paired the top with this beautiful vegan leather full skirt to add texture. One would think that the fullness of the top and skirt put together would be unflattering, but these two pieces actually work well together, and can I just say, I'm totally loving this warm weather.

Alexander Wang

Alexander Wang Nadine Suede Ankle Boot

Alexander Wang Nadine Suede Ankle Boot

Jeffrey Campbell Melina Cut out Boot

If you can't opt for a pair of beautiful Alexander Wang booties, I found a perfect steal. These Nadine Suede booties are literally perfection and I can't tell you enough how obsessed I am with them, but me being a poor college student has left me financially handicapped at the moment. Today I stumbled across a pair of cut out ankle boots that resembled the Wang booties, but still had it's own sense of personality. Jeffrey Campbell just came out with a pair called the Melina Cutout Boot and I must say that I am kind of obsessing.
